Optimum Roast

Light roasting brings out the optimum flavor and aroma
characteristics of a particular coffee. These characteristics
are distinguished by the coffee varietal, growing region
and farming and processing techniques used by the farmer.

Dark Roast

Dark Roast (3)

The dark roasting process introduces its own desirable
flavor and aroma components as a result of drawing
more oils from the bean. Acidity becomes less pronounced.

Decaffeinated

Water Processed Decaffeinated (3)

Our green coffee is decaffeinated without the use of
solvents. Water, steam and a filtration system are used
to gently eliminate most of the caffeine so much of
the coffee flavor is retained.

Custom Blends

Blends (4)

Blending allows us to offer a consistent flavor profile
all year round. There are always slight variances due
to changing crop conditions, but blending allows us to
source certain flavor profiles from various growing regions
and combine them to create a balanced cup.
